Typical malfunctions

The burner does not turn on. Set the heating and controllers to “On” mode. Inspect such details:
- Circuit breakers;
- Thermal relay;
- Temperature limiter.
Probably, exhaust gas sensors have worked. Wait 15 minutes - if the boiler does not start functioning, clean the chimney shaft. Install new sensors.
No spark. Pull out the ignition cable and try to turn on the ignition. If noises are heard, the torch or electrode must be replaced. If not, a transformer.
The burner does not light up.What to do:
- Open the gas valves;
- Measure pressure;
- Eliminate air congestion. To do this, run a restart.
Problems with ionization. There is no current. How to proceed:
- Correctly connect the connections N and L;
- Measure the voltage between L and PE. If it is absent, PE is earthed using a transformer;
- Loose connection of the ionization wire. Tighten contacts or replace;
- The burner control unit is defective. Install a working part.
Low ionization current (less than 1.5 MPa).
- The ionization electrode is clogged. Cleaning in progress.
Parts of the boiler are constantly in contact with moisture, which leads to the oxidation of contacts and batteries. Requires control of the device.
The sound of boiling is heard.. Components and parts require cleaning. Experts recommend once a year to carry out a technical inspection of the device, to clear the elements of scale.
